Practical solutions for assets
on the path to liquidation.

Our services

Practical support. Clearly defined.

Asset due diligence, inventory documentation, valuation support, site security, controlled access, asset recovery coordination, and liquidation logistics.

Asset Inventory & Due Diligence

We create an organized record of physical assets to support the Insolvency Professional’s review and liquidation planning.

Documentation may include:

  • Asset descriptions, quantities, and site locations.
  • Makes, models, serial numbers, and other identifiers.
  • Photographs and video records.
  • Visible condition observations.
  • Equipment attachments, accessories, and related components.
  • Items requiring ownership confirmation or further investigation.
  • Access restrictions and potential removal issues.
  • Differences between supplied asset lists and site observations.

Valuation Support

Useful valuation starts with accurate asset information.

We gather identification and condition details, support the assessment of potential liquidation values, and coordinate specialist appraisers where required. The scope, assumptions, and limitations of valuation work are established at the beginning of the assignment.

Site Access & Asset Protection

We help Insolvency Professionals establish and manage practical access arrangements and provide security services directly.

Services may include affixing padlocks, arranging re-keying, documenting access points, recording site conditions, providing temporary security, and facilitating authorized visits.

Asset Recovery & Procurement Coordination

We help locate and identify assets, coordinate authorized access, and organize collection or recovery under the Insolvency Professional’s instructions. Access, possession, or ownership issues are documented and referred to the Insolvency Professional for direction.

Bailiff & Service-Provider Coordination

We liaise with bailiffs, locksmiths, property representatives, liquidators, and transportation companies to support the Insolvency Professional’s instructions.

Our role includes arranging attendance, relaying information, confirming access requirements, and documenting completed work and outstanding matters.

Asset Removal & Handover

We coordinate the practical steps involved in releasing and transporting assets.

Services may include scheduled site access, asset identification, loading coordination, release records, photographs, and documented handovers to authorized parties. Transportation is arranged through third-party providers.

Site Preparation, Notices & Reporting

We arrange authorized garbage removal and other agreed site preparation activities. We can post or deliver notices under the Insolvency Professional’s instructions and document the work completed.

Reporting may include inventories, photographs, access records, progress updates, completed-work records, and unresolved matters.

Auction procurement

A clear path from proposal to handover.

Organize auction company outreach, controlled site inspections, and consistent proposal comparisons under the Insolvency Professional’s instructions.
