How inquiries are received

This website offers telephone and email contact links. It does not currently collect assignment details through an online submission form or accept document uploads. The email inquiry button opens your email application; no inquiry is sent by the website.

Information you choose to provide

If you call or email Northmark, your inquiry may include your name, organization, contact details, site location, asset information, timing, and a brief description of the support required. Please avoid sending confidential case documents with an initial inquiry.

Use and disclosure

Inquiry information is used to respond, clarify requirements, discuss a possible scope of services, and maintain records of those communications. Information may be shared with service providers where needed to support agreed work under the Insolvency Professional’s instructions and authority, or where required by law.

Email and telephone services

Email and telephone communications are handled by the relevant service providers. Their systems may process and retain communications and related technical information. Email is not a secure document-upload service; arrangements for sensitive assignment information should be agreed directly with Northmark.

No advertising trackers or analytics tools have been added to this website. The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Where access requires sign-in, the hosting provider may use authentication cookies.

Retention and privacy requests

Inquiry records are kept for follow-up and business record purposes and may be retained where needed for an assignment or applicable obligations.
